Indulgent Banana Bread

I would make this dish for my friends and family as a light sweet snack or even as a breakfast item, lightly toasted with some butter. Ingredients
- 1 Hawaiian Banana Bread Kit
- 1 cup Smashed Ripe Apple Banana(as instructed by kit)
- 4 ounces unsalted butter(melted)
- 4 large eggs(as instructed by kit)
- 1 teaspoon Maika'i Freeze Dried Kona Coffee
- 0.5 cup chocolate chips(optional)
- 0.25 cup Maika'i Original Coconut Chips(optional)
- 0.25 cup Chopped Maika'i Roasted Macadamia Nuts(optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix in mashed bananas and eggs
- Add melted butter while whisking
- Add the kit ingredients and stir well
- Fold in ½ of the chocolate chips
- Fold in the coconut chips and ½ of the chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
- Pour into a greased 8” x 8” pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and macadamia nuts (optional) on top
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
