Asian Honey Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Baby Potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 tablespoons shoyu
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Onions
Instructions
- To make the sauce, mix 1 cup of water, 6 tablespoons of shoyu, and 4 tablespoons of honey. Stir until everything dissolves.
- Rinse potatoes and cut into halves.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to a pan on medium-high heat. Add potatoes into the pan once the oil is hot. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour sauce into pan and let it simmer until potatoes have soaked into sauce (about 8-10 minutes). Make sure to stir occasionally so nothing sticks to the bottom.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and toss together.
- Optional: garnish with green onions.
