Ingredients
- Crispy Skin Salmon
- 3 tablespoons Neutral-flavored Oil, plus more as needed(Vegetable, Grapeseed or Peanut)
- 1.5 pounds Salmon filet, Skin on
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 cup Shoyu or Tamari
- 0.125 cup mirin
- Salt and Pepper, as needed
- Choi Sum with Oyster Sauce
- 1 bunch choi sum(or about 6 pieces baby Bok Choy)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Quick Cucumber Namasu
- 1 1 large Cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 0.125 cup rice wine vinegar(plus 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
