Toy Box Tomato Salad

A fun way to enjoy bite-sized, tiny tomatoes! 
Course Appetizer, Salad, Side Dish, Snack
Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients  

  • 12 ounces Ho Farms Family Tomatoes(Assorted variety of tomatoes)
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil, as needed
  • 5 unknowns leaves fresh basil, torn
  • Creamy Soy-Garlic Dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonaise
  • 1.5 teaspoons shoyu
  • 1 unknown clove garlic, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 0.5 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Halve tomatoes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle with Creamy Soy-Garlic Dressing.
